Wake Morning Water

Consume first thing when you wake up.

8:00am Breakfast Melon Bowl

At least 20 minutes after morning water.

10:30am Smoothie Mango, berries, kiwi, add banana and water

Blend with banana and 8 oz of water.

11:30am Snack Turmeric Tea

12:30pm Lunch Warm Greens Salad

Warm in a small sauté pan over medium-low heat with a splash of water. Add avocado and squeeze lemon.

2:30pm Snack Vegetable Broth, green leafy vegetables

Warm slightly in a saucepan over medium heat. Squeeze lemon.

6:30pm Dinner Warm Vegetable Bowl

Warm in a saucepan over medium heat. Squeeze lemon.

Snack Cinnamon Hibiscus Tea

At least 30 minutes after dinner.

 

Sunday

12:30pm Lunch Supergrains Salad, marinated beets, carrots, spiced seeds, lemon vinaigrette

Fold together with lemon olive oil.

2:30pm Snack Turmeric Tea

At least 30 minutes after lunch.

6:30pm Dinner Warm Sprouted Lentil Bowl, sprouted seeds, snap peas, greens, dill vinaigrette

Warm in a small sauté pan over medium-low heat with a splash of water. Fold together with lime evoo.

Snack Cinnamon Hibiscus Tea

At least 30 minutes after dinner.
