4-Day Spring Cleanse May 2 - 5

This 4-day Spring Cleanse will start on May 2nd with delivery on Wednesday, May 1st. 

This cleanse is designed for the spring season with warm broths, smoothies, and warm bowls. A great way to recharge, create more consistent eating habits, and find balance during the holiday season.

Day 1 - 3 includes:

1 - 8 oz lemon cayenne water

1 - 14 oz bowl of melon 

1 - 12 oz fruit-based smoothies 

1 - 8 oz ACK turmeric ginger lemon tea

1 - raw vegetable salad with avocado (lunch)

1 - 12 oz vegetable broth 

1 - warm vegetable bowl (dinner)

1 - cinnamon hibiscus tea 

Day 4 includes:

1 - 8 oz lemon cayenne water

1 - 14 oz bowl of melon 

1 - 12 oz fruit-based smoothies 

1 - 8 oz ACK turmeric ginger lemon tea 

1 - warm lunch with the addition of whole, sprouted  grains

1 - 12 oz vegetable broth 

1 - warm dinner with sprouted legumes

1 - cinnamon hibiscus tea 

Meals are delivered in one delivery on Wednesday, May 1st.

All orders must be in by Friday, April 26th at 4PM.
